• iiCON Construction was selected as the Best Value for the largest renovation project that Pikes Peak Community College has undertaken on their Centennial Campus.

    This project was a 57,000 square foot occupied building renovation. The College now has state of  the art facilities for their Enrollment Services, Testing Centers, and Learning Commons to serve their students. iiCON hit the ground running, working collaboratively with the College and Page Architects to meet critical completion dates while bringing this portion of the facility up to code.
