• Project: The Catalyst Campus - Preconstruction Services

    Location:Colorado Springs, CO.

  • The Catalyst Campus project consisted of three buildings:

    • 555 E. Pikes Peak - Historical Renovation of the Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad Station to a collaborative working space including meeting spaces, offices, collaboration space, and a Bistro.  Assisted the Owner with the grant submissions to the State of Colorado Historical Society to repair and upgrade the exterior facade, window replacements as well as roof replacements.
    • 559 E. Pikes Peak - Interior Tenant Finish of adjacent building to provide consistent design and interiors for the campus.
    • 455 E. Pikes Peak - Interior Tenant Finish of the adjacent building to provide consistent design and interiors for the campus.
